Gardener's notes: Grows best in cool weather. Cilantro grows best planted directly in the garden. Sow seeds beginning in early spring in full sun or part share in light, well-drained soil. Sow every 2-3 weeks until mid-summer for continuous supply. Harvest as needed before flowers appear. When plants do blossom, they attract butterflies and other pollinators galore. Sow again in cool fall weather for another crop.
