Gardener's Notes:
Beans need warm weather to grow. Plant in late spring after night temperatures reach 55F (13C). Sow seeds 2-3" apart in fertile, well-drained soil. Sow every 2-3 weeks until early summer for continuous supply. Keep soil evenly moist. Harvest when pods are about 6" long and before seeds inside begin to swell. Pick every other day to keep plants productive.
